Overview
The
Spiritually Healthy Leader Series is a program vital to the growth and
development of Christian leaders – whether in ministry, or business as ministry.
The
Series consists of four Modules: eight full hours of action-packed interactive
instruction, presented one day a month over four months.
As part
of your learning experience, the Series also includes four one-hour personal
coaching appointments scheduled with a member of The Rekindling Coaches Network
after each module – totaling 40 hours of training and interaction.
Participants will
benefit from a variety of teaching methods: facilitator-led instruction,
individual reflection, interactive dialogue, breakout groups, and
personal action planning.
Local Workshops are hosted at The
Rekindling retreat center, and include continental breakfast and lunch.
Individual coaching sessions are scheduled after each module.
Offsite Workshops: If your leadership team wishes to hold the Workshop
Series (whether one Module or the entire Series) in your organization at your
location instead of The Rekindling retreat center, please contact us for more
information and to schedule and make arrangements.
International Workshops are presented in a highly compressed, weeklong
format. Due to the compressed (5-day week) nature of the Series, it will be
necessary to schedule the one-on-one coaching by phone, SKYPE, iChat, or
email – to be arranged during your workshop sessions.
